Is Twitter a valid source of information?

 

10% YES / 90% NO

 

To a certian level of agreement, one can say Twitter can be used as a valid source of information but why would an individual be so desperate enough to source any VALID information from a SOCIAL NETWORK in the first place. I say this in the sence that people always have the freedom of posting whatever it is that they want or feel like saying in any given time regardless or whether the information or events are accurate or in this case "valid", This now means that anyone can fabricate or twist any given information into their own in the quest to obtain more followers hence this is why we have wrong posts trending and above all, muliple fake Twitter accounts!
